Hi, I’m Jodie — the face behind Bella Property Styling & Design. I started Bella Property styling with one simple intention: to help homeowners maximise their sale price and avoid costly mistakes during the selling process.

Too often, I’ve seen homeowners spend money where it’s not needed or receive outdated advice that doesn’t align with today’s market. When you’re selling one of your biggest asset, you want to get it right the first time!  I’m here to guide you through preparing your home for sale with clarity, care, and confidence.

My background in renovating, staging, and project management, giving me a unique understanding of what genuinely adds value to a property. As an active property investor and someone who renovates for profit, I know exactly where to spend — and where not to — to create maximum impact without unnecessary costs.
